At Bolder, we are committed to promoting wellness and providing older adults with wellbeing experiences that enhance their overall health and quality of life.
Our programs are carefully crafted to address the specific needs and challenges of aging individuals, ensuring a supportive and empowering fitness experience tailored to each person.

ABOUT

Bolder takes a strengths-based approach to ageing,  where older people are able to maintain strength and learn new skills to support ageing well.
 

 

Consistent with the World Health Organization’s Age-friendly Cities and Communities approach, Bolder provides opportunities for individuals and groups to increase intrinsic capacity as they age.
 

 

  • 1 in 5 older Australians are socially isolated

  • 10% of older Australians report high or very high distress

  • 1 in 4 people over 65 have at least fall per year

  • Nearly half of Adults report at least 2 sleep related problems
     

 

Bolder addresses these through delivering targeted sessions leading to improved mental and physical health outcomes

Engage Bolder to deliver weekly movement and balance sessions delivered at a location of your choice. Creating lasting habits and overall health improvements with this on-going option
